The price is very reliable, you have to take into account you are paying for an inexpensive stay so you are paying for a nice little complex that is not luxurious but it gets the job done. The view is absolutely beautiful if you stay on the ocean side. Right by CocoBongo and all of the nightlife in Cancun

What a simple hidden gem! Prime location for a fraction of the cost. If you’re outside playing all day or at night, this is a very simple studio that has everything that you need. There was always someone on the property cleaning, the pool was nice and spacious and quiet. The elevator functions, mini kitchenette & they provide complementary bottled water in your room at check-in. I was hesitant at first at the Lagoon view because I’ve stayed at the property next-door with an Ocean view, which is pretty epic… But I might have just converted! Bonus: there’s private beach area for you to relax on the ocean side with beach loungers. We were super lucky to witness baby turtles hatching and I really appreciate the property creating a protected area around the nests unlike other properties to preserve these gorgeous creatures! 253 hatched and were safely brought to the ocean!!

The staff is friendly. Small hiccups in communication between Expedia and staff upon check in. Second time here. What made me comme back is the view and the price. Clean rooms and biggest issue is both times they provide coffee with no coffee machine. You have to ask multiple times to get the machine in your room. Otherwise, you can't beat the price, view, and the rooms are nice.

If you love ants, this is the place for you! You will even find them hanging out in bed with you. Speaking of the bed… it has no mattress protector and beautifully stained sheets not to mention it’s hard as a rock. The building itself has no signage of the hotel name and the pool is far from appealing. If you want any house keeping it is an additional charge. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere, it’s not worth any money u think u will be saving. Nice view from the balcony though.

We were there in March with teenage kids. Great location, clean room , beautiful beach right at the door steps, Take ear plugs , because Coco Bongo and another bars are in proximity. Only major think - beware - every room on Expedia shows ocean view, and that is not the case.

Great location next to beach, nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Easy check-in. Staff were great. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely comeback. This not a hotel. It is a residential so don't expect hotel services.

This was a great stay. Really appreciated the host welcoming onsite. It has a great view and they provide what is needed for the stay. I got all the toiletries I needed Also location is great at the heart of Cancun. Only issue I had was small that the water tank for the toilet takes long to fill up. Also since its a party scene I heard neighbors being a bit loud around 4am The lobby where you pick up the keys could use a little upgrade
