"Very disappointed at this hotel, don’t even believe the 9.2 rating, it’s short staffed, no waitress at the beach, no good amenities, room for some reason u can’t open the balcony doors or the floors will get wet, (condensation they said ) never seen it happen in any other hotel, restaurant by the pool open at 11am and closes at 3pm, can’t say anything staff will get mad at you, it’s just soo much bad for this hotel, would never recommend to anyone."

"Rooms are dated and old. AC could not keep up with the heat and humidity. It wasn't to bad but not great. The food and was okay at the buffet, not great. They never changed the menu. The elevator has no AC. Would I stay here again? No. "

"At the checkout they charge me $207. Because one of those nights during my sleep I get bleeding nose and I got dirty pillow and sheets . I felt so bad what I did but I left a good tips for cleaning people.On the end I got nice surprise $207. None excuse. They told me I already signed the papers when I checked in. Never again."

"Hotel was great. The restaurants was absolutely amazing really great options on food choices. The pools were clean and seating was excellent if you’re looking for a guest only beach this resort is not for you as locals do enjoy it also, We love that the hotel allows for it. Overall you won’t be disappointed plenty of things to do here including a after dark night club that has it on fireeee in there 10/10 recommend "

"We booked two rooms, each with two double beds but one of the rooms we got had only a king size bed. Instead of finding us another room with two double beds, we had to get another single bed rolled in. One of the rooms constantly smelled like mold. As an all-inclusive, the hotel is not a great option for anyone planning on doing lots of early morning excursions as no real food options were available before 7:00 am. Yes, you can pick up a ready made sandwich, some unhealthy danish/muffin options, fruit and a drink from the 24 hour buffet, but these options are not great, especially for vegetarians and if you are concerned about the safety of uncooked fruits and vegetables. Also, the quality of drinks and food were just average, with sugary syrups used instead of juice in the fancy drinks and grissly/fatty meats. The pools and setting were terrific of course but it would be nice if someone actually monitored the hallways to keep people quiet during sleep hours. Every night we could hear the voices of excited party folks reverberating around the concrete hallways, had drunken fools knock on the 'wrong' door in the middle of the night, or had someone pull the fire alarm. This did not make the hotel a restful place. I thought by picking a hotel that included families that it wouldn't be such a party hotel but that was not the case."
