"Breakfast area had enough food . Place was at full capacity and maybe they needed more people working because the wait was very long to get eggs . The restaurant by the pool also needed more people because every time you had to get food you had to wait for at least 30 minutes. The place is beautiful they just need to get more people to help especially when they know it’s at full capacity. Also the wait for the restaurants at night was really long . Again I think it’s because they didn’t have enough people working ."

"Mis hijos y yo visitamos para celebrar mi cumple y las fiestas patrias. Es un hotel muy bonito con habitaciones muy grandes y modernas! El buffet es bueno y la comida estuvo deliciosa, pero le falta mas variedad de fruta. El personal es muy amable y atento. La playa es hermosa y solo un par de dias hubo zargazo desafortunadamente pero los demas dias estuvo perfecto. El area de toboganes es pequeña pero mis hijos la disfrutaron. Sería mejor si esa area estuviera frente o mas cerca de la playa y no en la parte frontal del hotel. El servicio de niñeras es bueno y está incluido, pero mis hijos solo quisieron estar conmigo porque ya estan mas grandes y solo lo usamos unas horas. La alberca está muy bonita y la temperatura del agua es la más perfecta que hemos tenido en la vida! Todas las noches tienen un show en el lobby. A mi no me interesan mucho esos shows pero si lo disfrutamos mucho en la noche Mexicana! Bailaron padrisimo. En general, nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia."

"SIX STARS! Villa Bianca is everything mentioned in the listing, and more. Our party consisted of two grandparents, 8 parents and 5 children, ages 2-11. We had a great time, and didn't do much except hang out. Some things to emphasize:- The pool, has a lap section, a middle-depth section, and a large area that's only a foot or so deep. Great for little kids. There is a jacuzzi also!- The beach, accessible directly from the villa, is delightful also for kids. - The household staff provides hotel-quality (or better!) daily service. Everything was clean and orderly.- We elected to do most of our own cooking, but the two meals the staff made for us were outstanding -- try their chicken mole. There's a COSTCO in town, easily accessible via Uber if you're inclined to do your own cooking. Nice big kitchen with a Viking professional gas range.- The bedrooms are large and elegant. One downstairs, the others up one flight. - Alessandra, the concierge, is a gem, and can arrange excursions and airport transport with the villa's own van. She's also very helpful pre-visit via email to help you plan.- Yes, the exercise room really looks like the photos. Run on the treadmill and watch the pelicans soar over the yard and pool.- Wait till you see the walk-in closet in the master bedroom :-).Highly recommended!"

"We booked this last minute, and it was a really nice place to stay with two young children. It is right by the beach. It also has two pools, and a zero entry water park. There was a buffet or order off the menu option for all meals. A few things would make it better: the pools were pretty cold. Our kids love the water, but they had a hard time "
