From the amazing Tino assisting with your suitcases upon arrival to Athenya (sorry spelling) with her great smile cooking delicious hamburgers by the sexy pool, you will enjoy every moment. The rooms are clean, modern, and large. There are many restaurants to choose from and the food is fresh and tasty. The nightly themed events / parties are fun and lively. I’ve never been to a resort where the guests are so friendly and welcoming. If you are travelling solo or as a couple, you’ll encounter people who are like-minded and who are easy to strike up a conversation with. The friendliness of the staff feels natural and not forced. As a guest, all Temptation Resort staff make you feel welcome. The service provided is top notch. You will love the non-judgmental atmosphere and the upbeat vibe of the property. This was one of, if not the best stay I’ve had on a trip. If you are open minded and enjoy a unique, fun, adult party atmosphere, this resort should be on your bucket list. I stayed for nine nights and could have stayed longer. Thanks to the wonderful staff and friendly guests."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service during my stay was poor, and several staff members were unhelpful and unfriendly. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left behind two polo shirts in my room. I called the hotel to ask whether they could ship the items to my home, but no one gave me a clear answer, timeline, or assistance. I had to follow up multiple times without receiving useful help. I understand mistakes happen, but I expected better customer service and communication from the staff. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again. "

"I love the breakfast buffet! Swimming pool was nice. Staff at the buffet provide a great service. Sunday there is no room cleaning service and Monday April 27th was a holiday in Mexico so no room cleaning service either. So we suffered with wet towels for two days in a row."
