Everything was perfect except for the part when we spend a lot of time making a line for the pirate boat just for the lady to tell us that she didn’t count right and we couldn’t enjoy the ride!!!

Nuestra experiencia en Live Aqua Cancún fue excepcional. El servicio fue atento en todo momento, las áreas siempre limpias y bien cuidadas. La comida, simplemente exquisita, cada restaurante ofrecía opciones de alta calidad. El entretenimiento superó nuestras expectativas, con actividades variadas y bien organizadas. Un lugar al que sin duda queremos volver. Altamente recomendado.

Food could be lil better but overall nice fun resort

Quiet and relax environment

The French restaurant "le basilic" is definitely 5 star. An Extraordinary dining experience which I repeatedly enjoyed. Piano player and pair of Ballet dancers while dining. La joya the Mexican restaurant is gourmet style with mariachi band 2 violinist 2 trumpets and singers. Also, a Wonderful dining experience. Reservations are required and surcharge for french and surcharge for wine pairing with courses. All well worth the cost. An entertaining lobby bar with excellent drink services. Violinst, Piano player, or band on various evenings. Two Swim up bars are fun and various choices of pool side food is delivered in bamboo steamers to your lounge. The beach in June is full of seaweed. It was cleaned out to a point, but a losing battle. Making the beach experience a disappointment. The floors inside and outside are not,non slip.Be aware the Policia is very strict outside the resort.
