「The property is great the employees very friendly, the golf course fantastic and the food and drinks great too, but the new policy of “No Reservations Required” for the Steakhouse and the Italian restaurants is not good. I’ve been staying at Iberostar Cancun and Playa Paraíso for the last 6 years and we never had a problem booking a table and now with the first come first serve policy is almost impossible maybe you should do something about it.」

「チェックイン直後に特別な朝食の予約をすると言われ、翌日向かうとメンバーシップ入会の勧誘で、話が長い上に、断ると不満そうな顔をされ、とても不愉快だった。 食事や設備は悪くないが、ホテル全体がとても広いので、子供連れの場合はやや不便。シャトルバスはあまり来ないので当てに出来ない。」

「We stayed here a week at the end of April and had a nice relaxing stay. Our room was conveniently located to the restaurants although a pretty good walk to the pool and beach. We loved spending time at the beach. The shows were quite entertaining and we enjoyed spending time in the lobby where it seem there was always something going on like singing or games. We found the bar and restaurant servers to be very friendly and efficient. Make sure to tip the bar, restaurant, and housekeeping staff....

「良かった点としては部屋からの景色。オーシャンフロントで部屋でジャグジーからカリブ海を眺められる事。レストランやカフェ、バーのスタッフは対応も良く、雰囲気や眺めも良かったのでゆっくり過ごせた。 良くなかった点としては、レンタカーで到着した際、対応したホテルスタッフの態度や説明も悪く、レセプションも同様で残念だった。また、部屋の照明や冷蔵庫、製氷機など壊れていたり、使えない物もあり、設備に不備が目立った。また、ホテルの宿泊者に対してビーチチェアなどが少なく、ビーチで過ごすのにはあまり向いていないと感じた。 レストランも結局利用できない(予約できない)状況で、同じ場所で繰り返し食事せざるを得ないのも残念だった。」

「Recomiendo demasiado este hotel, es un hotel q hicieron en medio de selva, conservaron muy bien la naturaleza. Mitad del hotel esta encima de rios y cascadas lo que hace que no haga tanto calor. Hay animales en todos lados, que son tranquilos y no hacen nada. Comida esta muy rica,muchas opciones. Sobre todo las personas que trabajan son muy bien capacitadas y muy amables. 」

「Excellent hotel excellent staff and facilities. It only needs more bars and snack options around the pool area 」

「The pools and drinks are very good. The food in good, buffet was not great. Very difficult to get a straight answer for kids activities. Mis guided several times causing my 1 and 3 yo grandkids to make trips to the kids club unnecessarily because of only 1 hour time frame they could go. No one knew where the Kangaroo club was. When I did find it , no one showed there for 45 minutes after they opened, Also, rare shows in the evening without cost unless we traveled to the other resorts.」
