"The ladies taking care of my room were amazing.. i’ve always struggled with clean room and not very good service but the lady that took care of us was amazing.. staff was always very attentive "

"This used to be our favorite Hotel , with this stay it made me change my mind , First thing as I got there at 2:50 pm 10 mins before check in time they told me my room was not ready, that I had to wait. They told me I had to wait 30 mins , after 30 mins passed by I went to front desk they told me I had to wait another 30min to an 1 hr so they can have it ready . I went back at 4:30 and finally it was ready ! Ok so far I understand it was busy but as soon as I enter my room I can tell my room was not well clean , One of the beds had eyelashes stick to the fitted sheet and another one in the end of the bed . There was trash on the floor on the sides of the bed ( they were cover with the skirts of the bed) 2 hand towels were dirty and had stains , 2 big towels also had Cheetos stains or that’s what I want to believe it was . I talk to the front desk and also by text and they didn’t care at all , they told me they were going to go and change the bedding sheets and never came by. I had to ask for extra sheets so I can put them on top so I can put my kids to sleep. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED of this stay ! For sure I’ll stop recommending this hotel! "

"The room was spacious and clean with a very welcoming atmosphere. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful, especially Esteban, at breakfast. "

"The tub was gross. I couldn’t even use it. Had previous guest hair all over it. Also my sheets had blood stains."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Easy access to Big Bend National Park. The site offers a breakfast buffet that is a good value. Deli sandwiches are also available in their restaurant during lunch time. Nearby restaurants are also good, but I didn't find any other with a breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay there again."

"The first night we stayed there everything was fine. The second night, when we got to our room, it had a sewage smell, we called the front desk and a maintenance guy with a spray bottle showed up. We asked to get another room, they said they were fully booked but didn't provide us any solutions or answers while we were sitting in the lobby for a whole hour in the middle of the night. The staff has terrible problem solving skills and communication. I hope they get this fixed"

"I was having a great time until walking to swimming pool and seeing a memorial to Confederate soldiers--with no memorial to Union soldiers. Celebrating the wrong side of history took away much of my joy in my visit"
