Great hotel for the price. The similar Holiday Inn Express was $236 for the same night on the US side of the border but this one is just as clean and comfortable, if not more so than any other place in the US. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom and shower are great, room AC is top notch. Super comfy bed. Lots of affordable eats within walking distance. Looking forward to the free breakfast tomorrow before we head back home.

Charge me extra for a person with out notice

They charge me $20 more for my son for staying in the room when I payed for a room with 2 beds. I don’t think they should of charged me when I paid for a room with 2 beds

The customer service & professionalism is extremely good. Everyone is super friendly and say good morning (hello). The breakfast is made with a lot of love because it’s absolutely delicious. The pool is climate controlled and nice. Will most definitely be coming back. There were no complaints whatsoever. They do a wonderful job of explaining how everything works & where everything is. No guest past 11pm which I think is wonderful to keep the place safe
