The kids club might need a bit of activities for older kids like 11-12, my son didn’t have a lot of options for this age, my son didn’t wanted to try it again. But overall he had a blast after on all the property, he loved it! And the beach had no sargasso, they clean it constantly and it was nice to swim in the ocean.

Excellent property with access to the beach. Decent buffet spread with option of different restaurants although it can get quite repetitive. Only drawback was some of the staff forcing you to attend the sales pitch but actually packaging it as complimentary gifts from the resort (packaged it as a birthday gift considering we went during birthday week) Internal staff coordination could be better PS: In case travelling with a baby Please carry own bottled water and kettle for formula as the resort doesn’t provide packaged drinking water or a kettle, would’ve appreciated if the staff had let us know about this in advance.

The reception desk was chronically unfriendly and difficult to work with. Language limitations made it taxing to resolve billing issues and communicate problems. It was also very difficult to book reservations for parties over 4 people, so if you are traveling with a group that wants to eat dinner together, this might be an issue. ALL other employees were friendly, helpful, courteous, prompt, and accommodating.

We had an amazing time at this resort from March 1st - 6th. The place is truly paradise!! We loved everything this place had to offer!! The food was great our favorite was Under the Sea on our last night.. The entertainment was wonderful every night!! The seaweed was bad at times but not for the effort of the staff and doing their best to clean it up 24 hours a day..

Great, clean property with so much wildlife at every corner to keep the kids engaged while walking because this is a large resort. Buffet was good, every restaurant we tried to make reservations were booked and I kept checking constantly but had zero luck. Pillows in the room were not to my liking and I had neck and shoulder pain every morning. I did utilize the chair massage guy that walked around the pool, no charge just tips. All in all, we would come back I would just bring my own pillow lol! Also Angel was so kind offering to take pictures of our family when he saw us taking pictures of just the kids and made sure we had a family photo!
