「チェックイン時支払いの件で少しゴタついたこと(これはホテルというよりHotels.comの掲載の仕方、説明不備が誤解を呼んだように思います。チャットサービスもお粗末でした)以外は問題もなく部屋も屋上プールも快適でとてもよかったです。環境に配慮してかペーパーレスやアメニティ最小限化も好感がもてました。(ただwifiなど最低限のインフォメーションは紙でなくてもよいので欲しかったです )部屋の清掃も行き届いていて素晴らしかったです。レインシャワーの穴が所々詰まっていてあらぬ方向に飛び散りまくってたのはちょっと残念でしたが。。。定期的にメンテナンスしたほうがいいです。ロケーションも静かでなおかつスーパー近くて最高。また利用したいと思える宿でした。」
