If you’re going to have a virtual check-in process, people should be armed with all of the information necessary to enter the room when they arrive at or after 3 o’clock. The people attending this process are slow to respond. "

"Omg 10/10. I had a blast staying here. The hot tub came in handy after going hiking. I went during the wet season so the volcano was covered by clouds but I’m sure during the dry seasoning the view is beautiful. Everything was well-kept. The villa itself was nice and elevated inside. Would stay here again. The villa is very nice but it’s also fairly new so there’s a dirt road that leads to it, so when you uber or are using a shuttle make sure to advise them to come to the end of the dirt road....

"The best villas on the lake! Very beautiful, clean, serene and close to a bunch of restaurants, boat rides, jet ski! Internet is fast, nicely furnished and spacious rooms with cold AC. Showers with hot water(yes in most properties we visited there was lukewarm water and no hot water). The infinity pool is sparkling and gorgeous! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. If you book this property contact them via WhatsApp for exact address. Expedia and maps have the address wrong - far away in Santa...
