「The apartment at the ground floor is in a new and modern building located 1 block from the beach (2 minutes). It is a private with a pretty non-heated pool (a little chill in December) but opened up the living space. The rooftop pool is very cool with open view to the ocean and coast (perfect for sunsets). 「Wow!! Our first visit to PV was great and even more so because we had a gorgeous, comfortable, quiet, luxurious condo to return to after exploring the city. The photos you see are a true reflection of the condo. The rooftop pool was a spectacular destination in itself; the sunset from there was incredible. The air conditioning really made a difference, and we liked how easy it was to change. The decor was good and made a homey environment.
