"Small rooms but ok"

"Everything about this hotel is great. It’s like a resort u don’t ever need to leave. One thing I would say is that it’s not directly on the beach, but a short walk away. The pool is heated, and my children loved it. The food tasted great. Amazing ci d from the roof top and our room. We stayed I. The suite and it was spacious and clean! The entire staff was very friendly as well. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Meliá resort was a beautiful place with all that you need in one spot. The ocean view balconies were fabulous! The beach and pool were fantastic for our family. The staff were all so kind. Karen our server at mole and tacos every morning remembered all of our drink orders and immediately brought them out. She was so sweet to our boys too. Kids Club staff were also very sweet and made our boys feel at home. My sons said it was the best daycare yet! "

"Experiencia muy decepcionante y lejos de justificar el precio. Llegamos puntuales al check-in y desde el inicio hubo insistencia incómoda para asistir a un “desayuno” promocional. A los 30 minutos intentamos reservar cena y ya no había disponibilidad. En el restaurante, de 4 platillos, 2 no estaban disponibles y faltaban básicos como papas a la francesa y aguacate. La calidad de alimentos, muy baja. Para cerrar, el balcón estaba sucio, con muebles llenos de excremento de palomas, evidenciando falta de limpieza por días. En general, pésima experiencia y muy mala relación calidad-precio. No lo recomendaría. Hay mejores opciones por casi el mismo precio."

"Very nice resort, great food, great beach. The only problem is, do not expect a booking at an à la carte restaurant. The butlers they assign to you to do the bookings tell you every morning that the restaurant is not available. Most likely it's a tactic to keep restaurant bookings down."

"Room had a horrible hard bed! My view was awful blocked by a palm tree! There was no spa. And the gym was awful old and very very small! Asked for two double beds never did get them so had to share with son ! Low budget hotel you get what you pay for food was ok some staff was great others not so great ! If your travelling with kids on a lower budget this might be good but for comfort and relaxing not so much "

"This property needs up grading The top of the toilet was loose. there was no place to hang towels if you wanted to use them again The rooms could have been cleaner there was dust on the lamp and under the bed which had been there awhile. I had to ask the cleaner to wash the floor after a week of being thereOur room was cleaned at around 4:30 or later our house keeper could not speak English so was difficult to communicate The staff were excellent "
