We really liked this place. Our bed was comfortable, the beach was great, the pools were nice, and the price was right.
We also really liked the location of the hotel. Within 20 mins walk or a few minutes can ride we could get to really nice restaurants in a nice neighborhood. It was also easy to get to downtown for a change of scenery.
The staff were also really nice.
The building itself is about 40 years old so not the newest, but that's presumably why it was less expensive.
Other than that, the business itself is a little intense on trying to upsell you, especially on a time share.
All and all, we really enjoyed it and will come back

This was are second trip to the resort. We last stayed in January of 2023. The good very clean, food was amazing, nice staff, improvements being made to the resort including adding another tower. The bad no chairs available by the pools or beach after 9:45am, beach area very small, short staff which made wait times longer, being sold as a family resort personally feel that it is set up for couples. Based on cost to stay and how busy we will not be making a third trip back to the resort.

We had a great time! The resort is amazing - the staff members are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are large and beds/pillows comfortable, fun activities, lots of varieties of foosd!
