"First time in Puerto Vallarta and the Hyatt Ziva was the perfect spot for relaxation and soaking up the sun!"

"We booked this hotel last minute on our last leg, visiting Mexico. We like that it was so close to the airport. Gave us a piece of mind for our return flight that we wouldn’t be too far out. They have a daily Breakfast buffet that was pretty good for room price. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, hot items like pancakes, Chilaquiles with the fixings, etc. Coffee and juice, bread options. Although it gets busy for Breakfast, the waiter staff are very good at clearing empty Tables quickly. The kitchen staff were always replacing any of the food items that needed to be refilled. The rooms are comfortable, strong AC, although it was four of us, they provide two water bottles which was nice. We were also able to get a complementary ride to the airport (based on availability). All in all would recommend this place. "

"Love the Resort, great location and beaches, excellent pools, staff/bartenders. My only complaint is there wasn’t any Mexican a la cartes, and not really authentic Mexican food at the buffet. When in Mexico I want Mexican food. The snack bar did however have a fantastic taco bar. Such a beautiful place, wifi worked great. Comfy beds, highly recommend!! Cheers "

"The staff were absolutely amazing. Every single one. Food and drink top notch. They accommodated any requests and even offered things we didn’t know we wanted. Lovely hotel and grounds. Meals were great. They put so much effort into making meals memorable with themes and entertainment. Couldn’t ask for a single thing more that what we got. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic—walking distance to plenty of restaurants and just steps from the pier, where you can catch a water taxi or boat tour. There’s even a grocery store right across the street, which was very convenient. The customer service team was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the internet connection, which was quite slow and unreliable at times. Other than that, everything else was great, and we’d happily stay here again."
