「12室ほどの小さなホテルだが、プライベート感がたっぷり、自然豊かな森の中にあるホテル。1階の部屋はすべてプールに面しており、プールサイドにテーブルとチェアがあって、スタッフがそこに食事を運んできてくれる。大きな冷蔵庫とキッチンがあることから、自炊も可能。小規模であることもあって、なによりスタッフとの距離感が近く、みんなとてもフレンドリーで親切で、居心地が良かった。1泊だけだったが、もっと滞在したくなったホテル。フロントの営業時間がもう少し長いと便利。」

「The view from our room was amazing, could not be beat. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed. Pools were nice but could have been a touch warmer for our liking. Dinner, drinks and breakfast all very good but above all staff and service was exceptional. We look forward to staying there again.」

「The quality of the service has dramatically decrease. The staff at the receptions are not locals and their knowledge of the hospitality world is null, this was the worst check in and check out process. Not long ago, this was one of the best boutique hotels in Puntarenas. The place is beautiful, the staff seems they don’t care their job. The restaurant is expensive and they are not willing to make small changes in the menu even if the price is 4x what you will pay on average in any other...
