「Rooms were beautiful, property beautiful, we will be back」

「Staff was extremely and extraordinarily helpful. A/C was not effective specifically when it’s hot. Also in the common dinning area. Had to sit under it. Lounging Chairs should be in the balcony and chairs in the room should be upright to drink coffee, Water bottles should be 2 at least for 2 people. Bathroom drain was clogging in our room. Hooks to hang clothes or towels. 」

Unfortunately the only thing I found that I didn’t like was the bar staff. Long waits for drinks because they were “busy” with the younger girls and they never stirred drinks after making them. 「I LOVED staying here and if I come back to Costa Rica, this would be where I would want to stay. Johnny at the front desk was absolutely magic. Any problem that we had, he had a solution for. 「Wir können die positiven Bewertungen leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Angefangen beim Check-In, der sowohl als auf Englisch als auch auf Spanisch sehr schwierig war. Das Frühstück ist für die schlechtere Zimmerkategorie leider nur von 7-8 verfügbar und kam daher nicht für uns in Frage. Dies wird auf Expedia leider so auch nicht kommuniziert. Am Pool gab es wenige bis keine Liegemöglichkeiten. Erst am dritten Tag wurden 2 zusätzliche Liegen (4 insgesamt für mind. 8 Zimmer) bereitgestellt....
