「We had such a welcoming experience even before we got here as hotel staff called and texted us to let us know what to expect, that housekeeping would meet us there, and explained WiFi, pool and other parts of the hotel. The villas themselves were impeccable, they were super clean 10/10 and had everything we needed. The bathrooms are spacious and there is a W/D. The location is perfect, close to many beaches. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the Tamarindo area. 」

「This is our 3rd time staying at Cala Luna and we absolutely love it! It gets better each time we return! The rooms are so incredibly lovely, the howler monkeys surrounding the property are a delight but above all the staff is the best! 「Very nice place. Just in the middle of nowhere. Cabs to and from town have to deal with a steep, dirt, bumpy, rock-filled road (one night we almost couldn't find it). And because of its isolation, not even able to walk around outside the 10-room facility. But the room, pool, staff, and included breakfasts were exceptional.」

「I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel La Palapa! The accommodations were clean and comfortable and safe. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all amazing — so warm, friendly, and helpful! 「Great location within short walking distance of restaurants, grocery store and beach is not much further. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the mornings to enjoy on your balcony or beside the pool is a nice touch. Not a lot of shade mid day to be able to lounge around the pool but perfect time to take a siesta or go exploring.」

「The house is beautiful and very spacious. I never saw a better equipped kitchen. This kitchen was for serious cook. Our house manager Dawley was amazing. And I must say that he helped to make our vacation a wonderful one. The littlest issue that we have he took care of it right away. We never had to wait at all.
