I had an amazing stay! The room was very clean, the staff knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything clearly, and the space just felt professional and peaceful. Definitely stood out to me.

Outstanding place. Quiet gated neighborhood with outstanding views. Beach access about 5 mins away at the El Mangroove. Two cats living on the property are very friendly. Highly recommend

The place is beautiful, very close to the beaches, it is also very clean. The only concern I have is that I didn't have hot water to bath. I had to stay 2 days and I couldn't take a shower with hot water and I didn't like that

We had a problem with my partner's flight home. It was cancelled at the last minute. The Concierge Juan spent much time on websites and on the phone helping us. After a few hours the return flight and hotel stay were arranged. He saved the day.
Overpriced for experience, inconvenient connections between buildings and pool and restaurants, not enough activities, cannot swim in the pool. Poor service. Food is OK.
This was a fabulous trip. Kids loved it. Beautiful area and fabulous people

Quiet compared to past resorts we have been to. Activities/shows are not as impressive but the staff members were amazing. Not a large variety of restaurants but the food was great. Room service was excellent as well as housekeeping.
