「I have only good things to say about this hotel. When we first arrived to the airport we saw the shuttle immediately and got to the hotel. We arrived to the hotel at 11:30 and asked if they were able to keep our suitcases until check-in and they informed us they had a room available for check in right away even if it was 2.5 hours early!! 「The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They lent us umbrellas for us to use while we stayed there because of the weather conditions. They gave us information on the best places to eat and made us feel at home. While the hotel is not a luxury resort, I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room was. It had a separate kitchen and couch and the outside patio was very large with furniture and a hammock. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Costa Rica. 」

「I stayed at Conchal on my first & last day in Costa Rica. The staff at Conchal are exceptional! They go above & beyond to ensure you're comfortable & well taken care of. 「The property has a nice clean pool and comfortable, shady sitting areas around it. Pretty gardens too. The property manager and the owner were kind and helpful and welcoming. Quiet other than the sounds of waves crashing nearby and birds and howler monkeys :)」

「We would definitely stay here again! We had the superior king room. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of outlets. Had one outlet in the restroom I had to use for everything. The two in the bedroom were too complicated to access. Not a complaint- just something to note. Absolutely loved the bathroom window. I would open it each morning to listen to the birds 😊 The included breakfast was delicious! We had the Costa Rican breakfast each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. 」
