This specific unit is in the very front building facing the ocean and on the upper floor so has an unbelievable view. The penthouse unit offers a high vaulted ceiling to provide an airy and flowing feel. The layout is an open concept where the living room, dining room, and kitchen all enjoy ocean views and where you and your family can relax together. The living room has a large Samsung 65" 4K Smart TV. High-speed internet throughout the condo so perfect for work from remote for extended stays.

The kitchen is well equipped to enjoy delicious homemade meals together or to hire a chef to cook for you. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and many small appliances make your stay feel at home.

Three bedrooms with own ensuite bathrooms, and air conditioning unit for maximum comfort. Beautifully furnished with Costa Rican Guanacaste wood bedroom sets. Extra-large master bedroom with king-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and dressers. The master ensuite has a large vanity, an expansive walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin trundle beds for those who prefer their own beds. All bathrooms were recently upgraded. Washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.


Enjoy the condo common pool conveniently located near the unit so very easy to get to. It has a swim-up bar, lap pool, and loungers to enjoy the sun or shade. Designated parking only steps to your door and no stairs are required.
Mariner's Point is located in Playa Hermosa (Beautiful Beach), 25 minutes from Liberia Airport (LIR). Playa Hermosa is known as one of the top beaches in Costa Rica, with calm water perfect for families. A two-kilometer beach dotted with restaurants, watercraft rentals, sightseeing tours, swaying trees, and scenic volcanic rocks on both ends of the beach. There are 2 grocery stores nearby that also offer alcohol. Mariner's Point condo is only 200 meters from the beach so a very short walk. The condo is perched above Playa Hermosa so part of the walk to the beach is steep. For those who prefer not to do a steep walk, we recommend using your rental vehicle for the quick shuttle to the beach. Otherwise, it is a great daily exercise!


Playa Hermosa is an excellent base to do days trips including hiking, waterfalls, ziplining, ATV, hot springs, horseback riding, catamaran, river tubing, and bird watching, just to name a few. It is also only a short drive (9 km) to the next town Playa del Coco, which is a main town full of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, grocery stores, medical clinics, gyms, and other amenities
