「I stayed at this resort from April 9 till April 13, we pay for the luxury room which is on the top I was expecting more from this room but Not , you pay for the view the room is ok I will not recommend to pay for this since you have to walk a lot to go to the restaurant and the pool and way down for NOT private beach where you have to find spot because the locals will come to picking on the beach. 「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「We had a great night stay here as a family - the rooms are really incredible, staff can't do enough for you and were so great with our young kids. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because I felt the pictures on Expedia of all the greenery and trees surrounding the rooms isn't what it looked like in real life - maybe that's on me for the season we booked a stay (?) but we weren't up among the trees like I expected from the pics, more a stay on a hilltop. 「The W hotel did not disappoint phenomenon, property with privacy and all the things to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Excellent food, great service the rooms and the views are phenomenal. Family pool with the beach was a huge hit with our kids.」
