「All spaces, rooms, restaurant, interior, exterior, and grounds extraordinarily clean. Even the chrome condiment containers were wiped clean every use. Without exception friendly helpful staff. Eager to help. Anticipating customer needs. You were missing an opportunity if you don't book your stay at the Palms at La Playa Coco. It also includes cooked fresh free breakfast. On-site restaurant is above average and one of the top choices in town. Beds were comfortable.」

「The staff at the hotel are amazing! Great breakfast is included. The rooms are very basic with two queen beds with sheets for bedding. The AC worked great. The shower does not have hot water but the bathroom was clean and had fresh towels every day. The location is absolutely gorgeous and it’s perfect for walking around town. 」

「The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They made us feel like we were right at home. I would recommend renting a car at the airport so you are able to explore the town, hit the local shops and enjoy the various restaurants. 」
