"A wonderful place with friendly, helpful staff. The pool was great, the beach was a 5 minute walk, the view from my room's balcony was a gorgeous jungle scene. Beautiful!! "This area is unsafe for tourists!! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. A situation happened where we were getting involved in a scam, had to quickly leave for safety reasons. The owners understood and promised a full refund, after all that inconvenience they did not keep their promise. "

"We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary. First time to Costa Rica. Could not have had a better experience. The campus was spotless and verdant. The staff were unfailingly helpful and accommodating. The concierge staff were excellent and thoughtful. The food was delicious. And the views were stunning. 10/10 recommend."

"Absolutely awful customer service. The owner tried to shake me down for $41 dollars in Costa Rica money even though I had already paid online by credit card. The she told me I had to check in at the sister property in playa Coco. It was hard enough to find this place. It too me a total of 1 hour to check on. Then there is no WiFi in the rooms, so I had to sit outside of the office just to get online. The best things were the cold AC, the proximity to the beach, and the free parking. I would give this place a huge miss because of the customer service and the price. Should be $15 per night if you are desperate."
