「Unit is poorly maintained and dated
Sparsely equipped and not clean
No hot water in showers or kitchen
Front door lock is broken and worked intermittently with jigging
The dryer timer is broken so doesn’t shut off
The main tv remote is broken
Patio is rotting and sketchy
Ice box has not been defrosted in quite awhile
Alternatively the property grounds around the development are very nice and well maintained

「Yes, Ariel and housekeeping were very helpful and accommodating. Ariel very helpful with the different tours to do and things in the Coco area.The Hot Tub by the pool could be a little warmer.」
