"The gentleman who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were not as helpful and at times appeared unhappy and unmotivated. Our package included an à la carte dinner, but we received conflicting information from the front desk and the kitchen, and we were never able to make a reservation during the eight nights we stayed. The only food I consistently enjoyed was the fruit. The alcoholic drinks were overly watered down. On one occasion, the shuttle that transports guests around the property passed my husband three times, even though he was standing at the designated pickup location. My husband has a heart condition and ended up having to walk up the hill in 95-degree weather, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable. Overall, the property appears run-down, and the service and amenities were disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this property."
