"We arrived 3 hours early, but our room was ready, so we were able to check in early. The room was such a treat, I loved the large balcony. My favourite thing was to lay in the hammock and read my book. The location is great, a couple of minutes to the beach (towels, beach mats, boogie boards provided) and it’s one block off the Main Street. Good breakfast, all day coffee and water, and lovely staff. What’s not to like! "

"This was a great location to the main area of Coco and close enough to the beach with a rental car or rented golf cart. The property manager was extremely attentive and very friendly. We were 6 adults 50 and loved the quiet villa. The house had everything we needed. Additional outdoor chairs, pool floaties & beverage cooler."

"Very cute villa. A little run down. We didn’t have access to our patio as the communal BBQ was there which meant that people were often standing outside our living room windows. Aside from that we were quite happy. The house was larger than we expected and the check-in process was great. Abigail was lovely and extremely helpful!"

"What a beautiful place this was! It was exceptional. The house was clean, it smelled nice and beautifully decorated. Each room was spacious and thoughtfully arranged, making it a comfortable stay for everyone. The dining table was perfect for gathering, and we all sat for meals and card games with ease.the infinity pool, was a great place to be in during sunsets. It created a breathtaking illusion of water cascading over the edge. Watching the sunset between the ocean and the mountains was a serene and relaxing experience that we’ll remember forever.At night, the lack of light pollution allowed us to fully appreciate the night sky; we could see stars twinkling above us when the clouds cleared. This property was a beautiful escape that helped us pause and soak in the tranquility and natural beauty surrounding us. Kevin our concierge was attentive and very responsive when we were short on dishrags, and he promptly delivered.Wish we could have stayed longer"

"The property is in a great location once you figure out the shortcut . Condo had all the basics and very clean but the best part is the caretaker Abigail! Shes great and an asset to the owner, always checking on us and giving us recommendation ls , she made the it an excellent experience. "
