Stayed from January 12 til February 7 , 2025. Hotel was beyond expectations, staff was wonderful and helpful. Nice pool and great breakfast every morning:) Shopping for groceries across the street, short walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. Air conditioning was definitely a plus and worked great!! We would definitely stay there again:)

Great Hotel for the price

The hotel stay was great and friendly staff the only reason I’m not giving them an excellent rating is because the check in was atrocious when we walked in there was no one waiting the front desk clerk was on the phone and she never acknowledged us she complained ignore us while she was on the phone very rude.

Great Stay

I really enjoyed staying at this location it'll take you about 10 minutes to walk to the beach but the property is clean staff is awesome! Food at the onsite restaurant was fantastic breakfast was also very good staff willing to help and always possible.

Clean, safe property. Close to all the action in Coco Beach, but just far enough away to be nice and quiet. Worth noting it is a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach frim the property. The pool and the breakfast buffet were outstanding.

We were greeted by a less than welcoming staff person. The room was “okay”, however very old and did not appear to be maintained. We walked into a sweltering hot room as all appliances including refrigerator, freezer and AC were either unplugged or turned off. The pool was covered in algae and leaves. The jacuzzi was empty. Aside from the registration staff, all other staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was very nice.

I will stay here again and again! Great staff, clean and good air conditioning. The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast is amazing! I will choose this over a resort any day. We spent a lot of time at the beach and it's a 5 minute walk. I can not say enough about this gem.

We liked that the property was so conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The rooms all face the pool area, so it can be a bit loud in the room when kids are playing in the pool. There is also quite a bit of traffic noise from the road from early morning until late at night. There was a problem with hot water in the shower, but they came to repair it immediately when we notified them. We'd recommend the property if you're looking for a convenient location in Coco.

This is a very nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. The rooms were basic but clean and had everything you'd need. The included breakfast was very good as was the service. The pool was not large but nice. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the center of town and 6 or 7 minutes to Playa Coco. The only small drawback is the occasional noise from the nearby road. I definitely recommend this hotel for a budget minded traveller.
