"Staff is top notch. Excellent location very close to the beach. Nice pool/courtyard area. Grounds are landscaped with a lot of jungle vegetation that they keep well watered; very appreciated in Guanacaste during the dry season. The included breakfast is excellent. "

"La habitación le falta pintura y eso que es una habitación por la cual se paga más .Dicen que tiene un mini bar y es un cerveza grande y dos botellas de agua. Aparte llegamos el jueves y hasta el sábado nos llevaron otros paños, cuando se está en un hotel de playa se entiende que las personas se bañan más seguido. Escribí dos veces al WhatsApp del hotel para solicitar lo mismo . Otro punto importante fue el desayuno donde el Pinto se sentía seco , la urna de las frutas sucias . El personal amable eso sí pero me parece muy raro que no tenga sustituto de azúcar mi marido es diabético y no tenían . En teoría desde la habitación se veía el mar , imposible porque los árboles no tenían mantenimiento y las hojas no dejan ver el mar. La cena que es aparte muy buena pero me parece que una sola persona que sea la que haga todo es incómodo. En general se pasó bien pero siento que hay detalles que no invitan a volver ."

"Multi-unit condo arrangement is clean, spacious, comfortable and is as close to the beach as you can get. Easy to walk to restaurants and a small convenience store that can restock frozen and non perishable items, but lacking in produce and butcher. Great place to stay with family."

"We had the absolute best time here! We had a party of nine: 4 adults and 5 kids 13 and younger. There was plenty of space for our two families, but we did not use the gym suite as we preferred to all stay in the main house.Francisco was our concierge and took great care of us. We had amazing breakfasts prepared for us daily and came home each evening to a pristine home. The views from the house are stunning- even more beautiful than the pictures. The closest beach is an easy drive- it is also walking distance but due to how steep the driveway is, we did not walk. The area has several great restaurants (Agua and Ginger were highlights), the beach club at El Mangroove was perfect for water sports and we felt completely safe exploring the area w our kids. The highlight for sure though was returning to this stunning property each evening, sitting out back by the pool and watching the sunset. We cannot wait to return. "

"The beach was amazing, we loved the morning walks right from our house. Care taker kept everything clean and neat around the house. We always felt safe. Housekeeper kept the house neat and clean and did our laundry a couple during our stay. "
