I used the pool it was great. Everything was in walking distance. Perfect location

Food was good and pools were fun. Met a lot of nice people. Difficult walking, lots of hills so not good for people that have trouble. Shuttles run all day till late at night and never had to wait long for one. They take you wherever you need to go from your door.

Let’s start with the pros: Nice and cozy homely place Not too crowded Nice beach Nice staff Now cons: Chef Christian was horrible, not cooperative even with kids Refused to let us take a jelly sandwich for a full day tour Front staff won’t allow outside cabs if you don’t hire their recommended services Water was not sufficient or bottles not available anywhere on the property

Las habitaciones requieren renovación, la infraestructura general del hotel está un poco descuidada, la piscina estuvo muy bien y el servicio de desayuno fue excelente. Lo mejor del hotel fue su personal, siempre muy amable.

Great remote place, beautiful, spa is nice and the thermal facilities were amazing
