Everything was great

It’s sad to say but I am disappointed in this property. I came with my husband and 3 small children. The check in line is absolutely insane! They did move us to a shorter line because of the kids but I don’t know if that’s always the case. The room floor was dirty. My kids feet were black. We asked for housekeeping 3x during our 7 day stay and despite of my husband giving the housekeeper money everytime, they still did a poor job on the room. We had chips on the floor since the kid had snacks and she just swept the crumbs to the side, didn’t sweep under the bed. It caused the problem all over again. The food at resorts is historically not the best but it was really hard for my kids to eat. They are chicken fingers and rice type kids but they never had chicken fingers and the white rice was always hard. The staff was alright. They are not the friendliest but they are fine and do the best job they feel they can. Overall I would not come back.
