"Excellent location in Playa del Carmen city, food is very good at the resort, quiet atmosphere. Bars do not open until 11am, and the sidewalks are rolled up early at night, very small beach area, and the sargassum has a high impact on this location."

"This was our second time staying at Hyatt Vivid we absolutely love this place it is not only beautiful but the evening/daytime entertainment is so fun and all the staff are so friendly and helpful!! We love that the resort is a walking distance to the downtown area where you can go shop or try one of the local restaurants! Book here you won’t regret it!"

"Listed as all inclusive resort but it’s more of a hotel with limitations to the all inclusive amenities. Roof top pool was under renovations. Beach full of seaweed. Great location with lovely staff. Buffet breakfast is a 10 out of 10. Rooms and hotel/resort was clean. Advertisement should mention limited all inclusive."

"Service and the crew were excellent. Room was clean but needs some upgrades . Mirror was old grey spots, bathroom and shower glass brown residue. Breakfast buffet is 2** absolutely not good. Taquitos was old, tamale’s dry. Waffles thick and tasteless. The other restaurants were fine. Definitely not even close quality like Live Aqua in Cancun."

"Loved this place, it was beautiful. Rooms very clean, staff awesome, pools were clean and loungers available. My only complaint was the seaweed at the beach. I understand its a huge problem but there was not attempt to clean it all in front of their property. It smelled really bad. Other places close by made attempts to clean it front of their beach. But I would return here, just at a different time of year."
