「The staff it’s okay the food okay the beach too dirty and stinky the restaurants too full to book you need at least 3 days before and that’s not what I expected sincerely it’s much better the Barcelo from punta Cana and if I talk about the transportation from the airport they’re the worst $250 dollars for one way ride to Cancun airport not good at all way too expensive and when you ask the hotel for shuttle they’re said you need to book more then 24 hours before」

「The staff work extremely hard, especially the cleaning crew. The grounds are nice. The food is fine, not great but not horrible. There was always something for everyone. Overall I had a great experience」

「The property itself was great, clean and well staffed but the biggest turn off for us was not being able to use the beach any of the days we were there due to the seaweed. Also they really try hard to get you to buy a timeshare there with free excursion tickets but having experience with that, we were able to see that in advance. We were also only able to reserve 1 specialty restaurant in the 5 days that we were there and it wasn't very good, it was really frustrating to not be about to book...
