「The hotel staff were great our kids had a wonderful time. Only complaint is to pay attention to the seasonal seaweed. We were not able to enjoy the beach.」

「Had a wonderful experience. Only thing I had issues with was how difficult it was to get a dinner reservation at the restaurants on property. Showing up on day one and everything was booked for the most part. Drinks at the pool weren’t bad . The buffets were good . The staff were very nice and helpful . I would definitely come back」

「This resort exceeded our expectations. It's like a jungle, filled with monkeys, iguanas, a variety of birds, deer, and other wildlife flying, walking, and running throughout the resort. The parrots in the lobby are a great added touch! The unlimited all-inclusive food and drinks were amazing. We highly recommend having breakfast or lunch by the beach. 「The property itself was great, clean and well staffed but the biggest turn off for us was not being able to use the beach any of the days we were there due to the seaweed. Also they really try hard to get you to buy a timeshare there with free excursion tickets but having experience with that, we were able to see that in advance. We were also only able to reserve 1 specialty restaurant in the 5 days that we were there and it wasn't very good, it was really frustrating to not be about to book...
