「Staff were excellent and room was clean. I was disappointed in the size of the room for the price. Food was good but the buffet is not marked well for allergies. If you ask someone, they will go out the their way to help you though. There is a resident crocodile on the property that is fun to go watch after dark.」

「It was a time share hotel. The other pool that was not the preferred pool was a lot more fun then the preferred one. The buffet was just nasty. The restaurant by the pier was definitely the best place to eat. The drinks were good all around. Our shower flooded the restroom. The room above us also leaked down our shower wall. Never used room service so I can’t speak on that. The weight staff and waitresses were actually pretty good everywhere we went. We did get good service on cleaning our room...

「The hotel is ok. Needs to change lot of things. The variety of the food needs to improve, the options provided are not too good or famous mexican dishes as expected. The night shows are ok, however the DJ was a disappointment. They need to do more activities at the pool, specially for kids,teenagers. When it comes to reservations at their 2 special restaurants, you can only do 1 reservation per stay, unless you stay more than 5 nights, you can do 2 reservations. The food at the seafood...
