"The food, and the workers were all very nice and wonderful, Juan, Gabriel, Israel, Beatrice, Antonio and Sandy made our stay very special. The only bad review I had was the room service when you say you will replenish everything that has been used. We used our towels twice and when we were done with them we put them on the floor like they asked. We had them clean the room twice and we came back to the room there were no face towels and the did not replace the towels or the toliet paper. Thank god we still had 2 towels to shower. The second time we came back there were no towels at all! Again no toliet paper. I had to wait almost two hours to take a shower was almost late for my dinner reservations. Did not like the fact that I had to keep asking for toliet paper. Sorry but because of room service will think twice before coming back. Which is the shame because the rest of the hotel staff was awesome."

Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive

"First and foremost, We arrived early around 10:30am. From U.S. and this was a result of airline flights etc. You arrive when you can based on booking package vacations. HOWEVER We have arrived early at other resorts and each has allowed us early check-in. Excellence had us waiting until just about 3p before we could get into our room. 4hrs! Just not happy with that one bit. It was slow season, and clearly there was an abundance of available rooms! I can't emphasize this enough. Not happy. Great room (junior swim up suite) on lazy river. Staff was awesome. Steak house and French restaurants were very good as was the breakfast buffet kitchen restaurant. Good entertainment acts. Great reggae band on a Thurs eve. Fun Karaoke nights on big stage. Lazy river and pools were great! Beach area nice but seaweed on waters edge prevented ocean dips. Typical this time of year there. No big deal. Always nice observing the Coatis that roam the area with their young. Cute little crratures. Iguanas, and other wildlife is nice to view also. All in all, a very nice resort and a great 5 nights stay."

"I would recommend Royalton. Our 5 days stay was excellent. Stuff is very helpful always smile. Food was good buffet and Restaurant. Resort very clean and service was excellent well organized."

"The whole staff was friendly and always helpful. There is a lady that works in the lobby Magdalena she was the best,we traveled in a group of 16 and she made sure that all the kids and adults had the best experience ever. She made the trip worth while. The ocean was not at all what pictures show it was brown and full of seeweed even though staff tried best to keep it clean it was impossible. The reservation for restaurants was a bit frustrating and complicated but that's my only complains."

"We loved this hotel and the Sister hotel Ventus. The one bedroom suite was wonderful. We thought the food was very good, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. None of us ever felt sick or had problems with any of the food or water. Beautiful big pools. One small issue is that the spa unfortunately, is extremely expensive. I live in quite a big city and the spa was almost double price of what I would pay in America. Would’ve loved to enjoy it, but they need to have some special offers for the guests. Overall, a perfect stay and we would return !"
