Perfect for family vacations or young travelers. Residence with 3 rooms with all amenities and Wifi. Located in private condominium with 24 hour security, has a pool, palapa and playground for children. Easy access by main avenue.

Residence with minimalist modern style on 2 floors with 2 large bedrooms upstairs equipped with closet and air conditioning, the master bedroom has a private bathroom and balcony; 1 bedroom with air conditioning, living room with sofa bed, air conditioning and TV with Netflix, dining room for 4 or 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, on the ground floor. It has a full bathroom on the top floor and a half bathroom on the ground floor. Wifi Internet throughout the house.

Inexpensive, safe, and practical

Carlos went out of his way to meet us when we arrived and departed and was very kind. The condo is in a gated community and felt safe. Though the furnishings and linens are not luxurious, they worked fine. Our biggest issue was that the water pressure from the kitchen sink and one of the showers just came out as a slow dribble. We recommended that Carlos look into that as maybe there is just mineral deposit buildup in the filters; hopefully, that will be fixed for future guests. Overall, we appreciated having a safe place to ourselves with beds, bathrooms and a small kitchen for a very reasonable price.

Great Location & facilities

Very confortable stay, near public transportation, restaurants and wal-mart. the house is clean and looks like brand new, the kitchen has some spices so you will be able to cook. the pool is nice and it has a playground so the kids can play. you can take the bus to downtown easly and get there in 5 to 10 minutes. i will come back for sure.
