"We just returned from an unforgettable stay, and we can't recommend this resort enough. My wife was in heaven at the spa, and as a family we spent hours in the gorgeous pools. The restaurants were a highlight too—fantastic food and great variety every night. Our one note: the beaches were covered in sargassum seaweed, which gave off a strong odor, so we stayed poolside instead. The real standout was the hotel's cenote experience—my son and I loved exploring it together, a magical adventure we'll never forget. We're already planning our return!"

"We stayed at Platinum Yucatan Princess to celebrate my 30th birthday and had an incredible experience. The resort is beautiful, with lush grounds, lovely pools, and access to the larger pool at the connected Princess resort. The adults-only bars served excellent cocktails and tequila, and we especially loved the passionfruit margaritas. Upgrading to a room with a balcony hot tub was absolutely worth it. Thank you to Mario for arranging transportation with MTS and Ana for a smooth check-in. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Sara at Bar Plaza kept us laughing and served great drinks during the Fire Show. The entertainment was outstanding every night, especially the Fire Show and Mexican Show. We also loved the trivia, pool activities, Mariachi, Rock Band, dancers, and the entire entertainment team. Special thanks to Malu for her warmth, humour, and personal touch, and to Luna for her fun dance lessons and private archery lesson for my fiancé. The food was fantastic, especially at Buffet Yucatan. As a vegetarian, I enjoyed many vegan options. My fiancé is vegetarian, lactose intolerant, and gluten free, and the buffet staff and chefs went above and beyond to accommodate him with a separate menu and plenty of safe choices. Bryan provided exceptional service, while Citlaly, Karen, and Bereniece always made us feel welcome. The spa was wonderful as well. Esmeralda helped arrange my treatments, and Bulmaro provided a relaxing facial and chocolate body exfoliation. Thx!"

"Mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena! Mi habitación tenia alberca y estaba muy bonita, cómoda y con todo lo que pude necesitar. La cama King muy comoda y con muchas almohadas!! El personal completo fue muy amable desde que hice el check inn. Muy atentos todos. Actividades divertidas, aunque me hubiera gustado que pudieran añadir mas para diversión de todos y añadir un poco mas de música latina para vivir la experiencia completa de visitar el país. Todos los restaurantes muy buenos. En general todo fue muy bueno y agradable."
