「The Hilton is close to everything in Playa del Carmen but they somehow keep the craziness and peddlers of 5th avenue away. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. The staff is amazingly friendly and are quick to offer an ola and smile every time you see them. The beach is unfortunately eroding away and very rocky. Hilton is one of the few resorts to clean off the seaweed each day - so that was appreciated. The multiple restaurants on site offer a good mix of options and the buffets were always...

「Staff were always very helpful, nice rooms, everyone friendly and food was fine, so as a hotel it was v good with nice pools that were always clean. Sadly the beach was disappointing, very eroded so only a tiny area to swim and that had large rocks. Public beaches nearby were much better. Not sure if we were just unlucky but was too windy all week to use any water equipment which was one of our reasons to choose Royal Hasciendas. Note that they don't have sailing dinghies or catamarans for...

「En arrivant qu’elle n’a pas été notre surprise que notre chambre était une suite toutes les chambres donnent autour de la piscine et non à l’extérieur. Le personnel très sympathique toujours à l’écoute grande piscine avec assez de place pour tout le monde pas loin de la plage avec un petit bar très très sympa. Nous on va y revenir en fin d’année. 」

「We love the property ... coffee place is great ! Breakfast is the best meal in the hotel . We found there is nothing healthy to eat for lunch only fries chicken fingers and burgers....Dinner restaurants where not 5 star hotel . We fiumd we had hard time finding something we like also we would get sick almost after every dinner. 」
