「Punto de mejora. Prácticamente no hay servicio de internet. Si hay señal que dure menos de tres minutos cada vez.」

「I was robbed by one of the staff members $20. Iim given only one card key that also controls the air conditioner which means the room is always hot when you get in. There were little flies flying around that I had to kill myself and before killing them they bit me multiple times. I had a horrible night sleep the room was insufferable. Absolute worst hotel I've stayed in while traveling to Mexico in quite a long time. I will never return to this unfortunate s*** hole.」

「英語が喋れるスタッフが少なく部屋を掃除してくれたときに部屋の電気をつけるためのカードが持って行かれてしまっておりそれをロビーで説明しても全く理解してもらえず新しいカードが発行されるまで時間がかかった。また床が掃除されていないのであまり清潔には感じなかった。また利用したいとは思わなかった」

Unlike the busy, flashy hotel zones, this hotel is set slightly off the main road, yet still offers excellent access to downtown Cancun and various beaches. For me, it had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and high-quality experience in Cancun.」

「食事の選択肢が少なく、ビーチは、海藻だらけで海に出られません。カリブ海が目の前でしたが、何も出来ず。」

「ここのホテル、イスラムヘイレスに行くのに便利です。お部屋がゆったりしていたのとプールが良かったです。ただ、お部屋のシャワーが水しか出なくて参りましたが。チェックアウト時に、「部屋を汚されていないか？物は取られていないか？」をチェックするために、5分弱待たされたのが残念。まあ、私は部屋を綺麗に使うので何も問題はありませんでしたが。日本でもC国人が部屋を荒らしたり備品を持っていったりすることがあるので、そういうのは仕方ないことですが、初めてそういうことされて、疑われているようで感じのいいものではありませんね。」

「Clean and very nice. Beach water had a ton of seaweed and was terrible to swim in. We opted for the pool.」

「シャワーのお湯が30秒しか出ず、真冬に冷水でシャワーを浴びることになりました。ベッドの掛け布団はタオルが一枚乗っているだけ。一層凍えました。部屋に電子レンジがあったのは助かりました。」
