「Casa Rosa is perfect for a family. We rented out the top and bottom floor and there was plenty of space to hangout together but also separately when needed. A great location and ideal to get to either end of the island. 」

「Property exactly as described. Amazing view and right by the town square. Golfcart rental and market next door. We had a few minor issues bc of a tropical storm but the host ensured we were able to arrive at a different casita with same view. We had an issue with the door one day and the manager was on site in less than 5 minutes and worked to get us in. Pool was clean and cold and other amenities were as described as well. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!」

「The accommodations / house were fine but the house is surrounded by extremely loud dance clubs and bars. The management company should warn guest about this to be fair. They kept the family up until 3 am on Saturday, 1 am on Friday and stopped around midnight during the weekday. Unfortunately if you stay in this location you simply will not sleep and it ruins the experience.」

「Proximity to restaurants was very good. This condo was not on the beach nor did it have a beach view which is different than what I thought from the listing…but it’s a short walk to get to the beach The complex pool is beachfront and was very clean and a decent size. Lounge chairs and umbrella provided at the beach were also nice. Condo was also very clean with maid service every other day. We had a several maintenance issues, but property management was responsive. The toilet was worked on...

It's perfectly located—close enough to walk to shops and restaurants, yet far enough from the busy center to feel relaxed. The beach is just a short stroll away, and there's a golf cart rental right next door. The ferry is also conveniently less than a five-minute walk.
