We have found our home on Isla Mujeres. We have been traveling to this island for 25 years. We've stayed at many different places - but the search is over. I am afraid to say this - because there are less than 15 rooms - I want it to stay my little secret BUT I have to say what a fantastic stay we had. Right from the initial contact with Alexander Castellanos, who manages the property, everything went smooth as silk. We stayed in room 11 which was right beside the wonderful pool. We had 2 Queen pillowtop beds. The A/C worked perfectly, there was plenty of hot water for showers and the kitchenette was nice to have. We appreciated the large fridge and the coffee maker. We discovered this property accidentally last year while walking to North Garden for breakfast. This little oasis is tucked in between North Garden and Grill Garden (if you know you know....) and we were hooked at first sight. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. The beach club at the end of the road will give you 2 chairs and an umbrella for $450 pesos for the entire day. There is great food for lunch and great drinks for sale right there. Our days consisted of walking to the beach for the morning - until it got too crowded for us - and then coming back to our little sanctuary pool for the rest of the day. There were 4 of us and every day we had the entire pool to ourselves. There were rafts available to use and it was SO relaxing and peaceful. HIGHLY recommend this little gem.

Located across the street from Snappers. Staff was very nice, and kept up the grounds. This little place has potential but needs a refresh. Beds were comfy, AC worked well and had hot water in the shower. The pool was clean and in good condition and a nice touch the place. Con: The internet would not connect to WIFI and checking out was never made clear due to early checkout and language barrier. Overall I would return to this location...Place has potential

This place is an absolute gem! A quiet, hidden paradise, steps up the road from Playa Norte, yet secluded from the business of the area. The room itself has air conditioner and a fan, a great bathroom, a water purifier, electric blackout blinds, and a sitting area on the patio. And they provide beach towels, which is a huge bonus. The pool is awesome to hang around in when you need a break from the beach. Many food options and tiendas super close by. Alex is a wonderful communicator who can answer all your questions. They are super flexible and have a wonderful staff. The value for money here is excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my return visit. Thanks so much again Alex and Hotel Paradise Suites!

The key to this place is it’s proximity to the beach, which is a two minute walk away. The pool area and courtyard as a whole provide a nice respite from the busy street outside. The rooms provide basic amenities, and the property is well cared for by an attentive staff. It’s a great value for the price.

The location is perfect. 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants all around. Once in hotel it is quite, clean, great air conditioning and HIT WATER fir a great shower after the beach. During my 9 day stay i had to work 5 days and thw wifi was always strong. I used the diningvtable as my workstation and this was perfect. I will be back for certain!

Alex made our stay great! Crazy that right in the midst of busy playa Norte you’d step into the property and instant serenity! Rooms were clean, spacious, and the location was unbeatable. The staff were great, but the room was lacking. The kitchen was not as pictured on the website (1 small burner) and everything that I would have expected when booking a room for two was not there. No pots/pans until requested (and then just a very small pan), no 2 of anything (coffee mugs, glasses), one small pillow each so not easy to watch TV in bed comfortably, no coffee table with the couch and no safe. I had stayed here before many years ago when the attention to detail was much higher. For the amount paid per night this wasn't as expected but the location is perfect. This was room #9 so maybe the other rooms are better set-up. Sadly, because this was disappointing, I will look elsewhere the next visit.

The courtyard style of the property was interesting and cool. The room was spacious and very livable. They provided beach towels, which was nice. The staff were very accommodating. Many food and bar options right next to the property, with the beach only one block from the hotel. You can rent a golf cart for longer excursions just steps away from the hotel.

Our second stay here and again it was fabulous. Steps away from North beach and within walking distance of downtown. We love it here because it’s quiet and peaceful and yet close to everything. Alex the manager is friendly and extremely helpful.
