We loved our January vacation here. The staff was so kind, the kids club was a blast, and the all inclusive package was wonderful to have during our stay. The beach was clean and the pools were warm!

The beaches in Cancun by the hotels areas are full with seaweed the water color is pitch black . Didn’t see one guest swimming in the beach during our entire stay

If you want to go to the beach this is not the place for you the beach is horrible I understand it’s an issue with the government they don’t keep their beaches clean but what a waste Black water covered with seaweed I didn’t take any photos wasn’t nothing pretty to take
