"I wanted Ocean view room, being really skeptical, asked front desk guy Jesus for advice, since It was dark when I arrived and couldn't see outside, I was just hoping to get room with good ocean view, and not regret it. but, when I opned the Curtains the next day it was beautiful, best ever, no regrets, beside the view all the staff was nice, helpfull, also gave good direction to all the other hotels I could of visit for lunch, and good food as well, One of the best Vacation"

"We have stayed here multiple times. However, a young girl cut her foot in the pool. nothing was really done to make her stay better. Then someone crapped in the pool so it was shut down for hours. That was day 1. We like it here but come on. Take care of your travelers l."

"I recently returned from a 10‑night stay at the Riu Yucatán, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the entire property was beautifully maintained/managed throughout our stay. The food exceeded expectations every single day — fresh, flavorful, and with so much variety. A special mention goes to the RiuLand team, especially Meryal, whose warmth and kindness made our children feel so comfortable and excited to participate. One thing that really stood out was the management presence. The manager was visible daily, actively overseeing the restaurants and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their leadership and attention to detail were noticeable and appreciated. Overall, we left extremely happy and satisfied. We will definitely be returning to the Riu Yucatán."
