"Just had an amazing stay at the Royal Cancun. Our needs were met at every interaction. The pools are warm and small for young swimmers, there were always beach and pool loungers available, the ocean was quiet and safe to explore. The food was good and all of our menu changes (4 picky children) were done without any negativity from the staff. The staff were always kind and welcoming and thankful. The rooms were large and still cozy. Having access to a full kitchen was such a treat, and four beds to use was awesome. Very much picturing our next holiday there because it was that nice. "
