"This place is great as usual. Thank you to the front end manager sergio he helped with my room upgrade. This is trip number 12 for me and i truly have the greatest time each time i go… although was quite discouraged by the group on face book called “temptation fans community “ the group promotes the wrong message about the environment and dynamic which is not the case this place accepts all peoples"

"No vale la pena. Hay muchos mejores hoteles en la Riviera maya cancun y playa del Carmen que este . Las tales fiestas temáticas son horribles. La música fatal. Tienen licor bueno. Comida normal. A la llegada te atienden como un príncipe y te sientan media hora para al final “invitarte” a un desayuno y CREEMOS que es con el OBJETIVO DE QUE COMPRES UN TIEMPO COMPARTIDO O ALGO SIMILIAR. Ya cuando dijimos que no íbamos se acabó la amabilidad de la señora que nos recibió. Mala inversión este hotel"

"This resort is beautiful. It’s a nice small property and was convenient to navigate with my family. Unfortunately, 1. The service was terrible. We had the “level” premium package and service, amenities, and attentiveness was more than lacking. I felt like I was burdening any staff I interacted with whether it was asking for a drink at the bar or requesting toilet paper in the public bathroom. 2. The food was mediocre and when I almost choked on a large piece of cellophane in the pulled pork at breakfast, no one was phased. 3. I had jewelry (which was other non valuable items stolen from our room, spent our entire last night and last morning assisting security with an “investigation” and then was ghosted by them as soon as I left the resort. They hung up on me when I called, multiple times. 4. The kids club and activities were VERY subpar. It was all very poorly organized and mismanaged. Fortunately, most kids dont know any different. 5. In general, the resort looks great on the surface but greatly missed the mark on details. No limes or olives at the bar. The ceiling of our room collapsed more than once, creating a huge mess on all of our stuff— they acted like this was no big deal, covered it with drywall mud and moved along. Dinner reservations were impossible to get, even with “level priority access.” People without level access waited for an hour each morning in the lobby to secure a reservation for the evening. Skip this resort! "
