"Este es un hotel pequeño, no vale la pena el all inclusive para nada, la comida no es buena. Solo el desayuno es muy bueno. Beatriz quien hace los omelets sabrosos fuera de eso nada más. Este hotel lo sostienen sus empleados ya que tienen exelente servicio al cliente y nada más por eso volvería. Mis más destacado fueron René en la barra de la playa, wow wowo !! Francisco en el restaurante. Ángel me preparaba el mejor café junto a Alejandra. En fin el hotel nesecita amor e invercion de infraestructura definitivamente. La piscina le URGE MANTENIMIENTO. La playa pues es solo para foto. Vuelvo y repito EXELENTE EMPLEADOS POR ELLOS VOLVERÍA MIL VECES MÁS !!!! Le quitas eso al hotel lo puede cerrar. "

"Upon arrival they wanted an extra $600 for my 13 year old son even though I had already paid full adult price for him as required. They called the head office in Panama and everything was fine - 45 minutes later. We were traveling with another couple with a 13 year old and they had no issues with check in. "Overall great stay for the price point! Bartenders and wait staff got to know you by name. Property was clean. Rooms slightly dated but clean. Food was average. Took three of our kids with us, the interconnecting room was perfect. Resort is on the small side, but this made it convenient to go back and forth to our rooms and have easy ability to have visual on our kids. We took pool float chairs and floated all day. 4 days was plenty. "
