This place was amazing. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy from the moment we arrived, and housekeeping was always prompt. We received fresh towels every day, and the AC worked very well. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating in all of our interactions, including check-in/check-out, on-site parking, and arranging access to the beach club at the sister hotel. It was my first time visiting Cancún, and I can confidently say that Krystal Urban was one of the reasons I loved my visit. It will always remain in my memory as an awesome experience.

Good location with nearby mall and pharmacies, restaurant in the hotel, good swimming pool, staff were friendly and respectful. Our concierge, Camila, did a great job in welcoming us and provided a lot of helpful information. She was professional, friendly, and responsive to our needs and requests (and accommodated us for a fridge that we needed). We will stay there again. Thank you Krystal Urban.

Room was serviced as requested and staff was very happy and helpful. Staff assisted in moving luggage, open and closing doors and always pleasantly greeting us upon arrival and departure every day. When needed someone was always available for translation with receptive pleasantness

Very happy with our stay here!! The staff was attentive and friendly. They were very polite and helpful. The beach club was very nice and we had a lot of fun there! The room was clean and the view was beautiful. I would definitely come and stay here again!

The room service was excellent, the staff (ladys) went above and beyond trying to fulfill our needs daily. Breakfast was fresh, good choices and they had a cook who would delite you with any order. Also, the restaurant service was outstanding, we tried it in different occasions and the chef was very pleased and pleasant at all times

Breakfast was pretty pricey for a very okay buffet but Cancún is Cancún. Rooms fine, big and bright. Very pleasant cleaning staff. Was there for the Hyrox at the Malecon, if you’re going for that it’s perfect location.

Great location, very nice hotel and great staff. But, honestly, their bedding really needs to be updated and I told them this: the mattress was hard as a rock and seemed old. But the rain head shower in the bathroom was amazing and all else was good. In spite of the above I would probably stay again.

This hotel had absolutely the friendliest staff, we arrived late, spring break and needed a room. They were so helpful and we were able to get in for the one night. The place was very clean very modern. The only drawback was no furniture on the patio. So we had a great view but had to stand to enjoy it. We arrived after 10 so not a lot of food options, there was a small restaurant just up the street it was amazing I highly recommend. Pic added Parking was also easy and free. As well there are convenience stores close by for snacks and drinks.

Great ocean view on the 12th floor, the room was clean, the staff was nice; it has a great location very near Las Americas Mall, many restaurants and stores. But the Beach Club is VERY LIMITED, there are only 2 times slots to get on the shuttle, it was already full when checked in, so we took our own Uber to the other Krystal property. You only get one day pass if you are spending 2 nights. The other property was very crowded by the pool.
