"I have already started telling friends and family who are considering going to Cancun to come to The Moon Palace. My husband and I were a little nervous because we had a not great experience at a different all inclusive in the DR. The Moon Palace and all of the staff exceeded our expectations, they were so friendly and accommodating. I have pretty significant food allergies and they were incredibly attentive about it and made sure to accommodate me and make sure I knew what was and wasn’t okay...

"I loved the food at the Don Rafael buffet. The staff at this resort were amazing and friendly. The entertainment was great, I just wish there had been more nights like the salsa dancing night rather than American-ized music most nights, but I understand they probably get more crowd engagement with American music. "

"The room was lovely and clean, and we had a beautiful view of the garden and the ocean. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and generous. We only faced one issue where we called room service and requested 4 bathrobes and slippers, and we never received them. One of the days, the water stopped working in the bathroom but they were extremely quick to resolve the issue. Overall it was a wonderful stay, we definitely recommend this resort to everybody."
