「The lighting of the property was extremely poor, particular at night. It was so bad I couldn’t see going down the major walkway outside. I had to use the light of my cell phone so I did not trip on anything.Little to No lights at all at night …. I was in disbelief. 」

「This property was clean modern and staff was helpful and friendly. Especially Angelo and Antonio at guest services. Our room was very clean and always fully stocked. The specialty restaurants were really good for an all inclusive. Overall we had an excellent experience and would recommend and definitely come back. 」

「Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family.」

「Darling and Benlin helped to make our short vacay great. What prevented me for given 5 stars is the lack of towels. It was very difficult to get towels to shower with so bring your own so you won’t run into issues. We had booked a swim out for 3 and It was difficult to get 3 sets of towels. For the swim out pool towels should be accessible in the room. I had to walk all the way to beach just to get towels even though we was staying on the adult side next to the adult pool. Staff would not give...
