「Was there for 10 days from the beginning of June 2025. The hotel is super, the territory is well-kept, green. The rooms are good, cozy, beautiful. The main pool is fun. The restaurants are beautiful, the best is Wasabi. The beach is gorgeous, wide, but the seaweed spoiled it, sometimes they cleaned it thoroughly, sometimes they did not clean it at all. The staff is responsive. The service in the rooms is not very good, often had to go to the reception to fix the problems. The bartenders are...

「We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! 」
