イースト コースト のリゾート

「I've stayed here twice before and enjoyed myself however, this third trip was different. The food wasn't as tasteful as I remembered and they still have limited meat options at breakfast for those that don't eat pork. The worse part of the trip was the construction. There's active construction happening next door, they work 7 days a week, a lot of banging and noise. Not quiet and they start at 8am exactly and continue until 6-7pm. Although this is temporary it made the stay less relaxing and...

「This place is a little slice of heaven. The staff, in general, are very pleasant always ready with a friendly greeting, a courteous gesture, or an act of kindness. From the moment we arrived at the reception (Preferred Club), Johan who welcomed us did so with professionalism and that signature Dominican warmth. He provided all the information we needed and granted us access to the facilities. Our room a suite was phenomenal; it featured a large bed and a sofa bed, and was incredibly spacious....

「very clean and staff was excelent」

There was only 1 swim up bar for 3 pools. The food was subpar and they always ran out of something. Staff seemed bothered if you asked a question and they just didn't want to work. We had 2 cleaning ladies for the week and only 1 did her job (Mercedes). Brian at the front desk was awesome at explaining and showing...

「El bufet muy bueno también los restaurante. El sport bar no tiene nada de sport bar aburrido debe mejorar.Cervesa de barril presidente mayor mente estaban caliente.La guia muy buena Julia excelente.」

「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」
