「Pools lack cleaning. Lots of stuff to do but just not organized. Too many locals coming in not enough room for everyone at the pool.」

「The concierge is very pushy trying to convince you to sign up for their Expand membership. Staff was not very helpful. Front desk was not very informative or helpful. 「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」
