The best about this resort is the beach. It’s one of Dominican Republic’s best. If you like going to the beach above anything else, this is one of the best resorts to go. Food is ok. Room is good. Beverage are ok. Amenities are good. Staff is excellent. Property is not that big so is very walkable. Restaurants do not need reservations, so that is a plus.

The property was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy. The beach was nice and clean, no seaweed. I only wish the pools stayed open longer; they closed around 8p. Food was not personally to my liking, but there were several options to choose from.

Your child will love the lazy river and the fact that you can order food while in the water and have it sent to your chair poolside. All of the restaurants were great and the staff was very helpful and treated us like family. Don’t forget to tip them they probably are underpaid lol

The rooms were beautiful and spotless staff so so friendly and right in too of things. Housekeeping was efficient . I had a great time, authentic food, I loved everything about this resort. Can’t wait to go back

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff however housekeeping needs training, 1st day the bed was filthy, stains all over pillow and damp we had to call to get sheets changed they should have upgraded tbh cause thats gross, 2nd day after being out all day they mopped but didn’t clean the room or fix the bed, we had to call for a cleaning, they took all of our facecloths and didn’t replace them, our mini bar also wasn’t restocked

Overall was a pleasant stay. The staff was always going above and beyond and truly felt like they wanted you to have a wonderful time. In particular Rossy and Jay Ventura from the preferred adults only pool were fantastic! The AC in the room was great, however the resort overall lacked decent air conditioning in the restaurants. A big deal when traveling there in the summer months. Food was decent, a couple standout items were the chicken and pork chops from the grill at restaurant in front of the sugar reef bar. I can’t remember the name.

We had a great stay at Dreams Macao Punta Cana! We loved the kids' pool, the daytime entertainment, and the nightly shows. The food was good, with plenty of options. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The only downsides were that the A/C in our room wasn't working properly at first, although it was eventually fixed, and the room itself felt a bit worn and could use some updating. The beach did have quite a bit of sargassum during our stay.It was cleans 2 days after, but If you're looking for clearer water, we found that the public beach area next to the rocks was free of sargassum and was a much better spot to enjoy the ocean.

This was a great location for me and my kids- so many activities if you want, or we could just relax on the beach. The staff were all Amazing!
