Very good staff, the service is very good. Wanderline was so nice and very helpfull with everything. Note: This hotel is very good for go with children, not for couples. And if you go, highly recommend get the preferred club.

I really enjoyed the entertainment staff who made the stay extra enjoyable. Tairi, Mosquito and Diamond were very joyful and friendly with us and our family. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a resort experience and I would return as well.

The property was very clean, & the staff was pleasant, & very helpful. Every restaurant was nice, talkative, & the food was excellent. The short distance from room too restaurants was excellent. They gave me an upgraded room, & the staff for room service, breakfast, all our requests was excellent. Very safe resort, will return!

My family and I go to the islands every winter for many years now we are not hard to please, but I think it is important to give an honest review because people really look forward to these trips and they should know what the place is really like. First the good, The grounds are stunning. Everything is very clean. The pools are great and pretty good poolside service. The employees try very hard. Anything you ask for if they can do it, they will do it or get it for you. Now the not so good. For the most part, the food in the restaurants is pathetic. We had to walk out of the one restaurant. The food took forever, and the filet mignon was so tough you could barely chew it. The portions are extremely small and you have to keep asking for more. The buffet was reliable and at least you could feed your family there. Also there is a lot of hard up selling which puts a bad taste in my mouth. And they had these stands and outside people come in and constantly approach you and annoy you to buy little trinkets, I thought that was disgusting after paying so much money to stay here.
