ラ アルタグラシア ホテル

「No me gustó el manejo de los restaurante todo está muy lejo la comida es buena pero hay poca opciones y mucha comida típica」

「Terrible service from staff.. No one is friendly or polite.. Never stay again here…」

「The room were very nice and clean and the staffs were amazing.」

「Very nice place」

「We booked this thinking there would be activities for the kids throughout the day, HOW WEONG WERE WE! You would think that you would see Nick characters walking the property occasionally, NOPE! The rooms are not too bad. Definitely showing it's age. Furniture looks terrible, shower doors don't close properly, etc. I would not be going back.」

「I really love the diversity in food, the breakfast was good as well. I really enjoyed my stay there. The room cleanliness was ok and could have been much better. overall good experience, will book again」

「Although the property was beautiful, I went during sea weed season and the beach water was useless. The pools more than made up for it. I was so hoping to have blue tropical ocean water. Another thing about the resort is all the up sale they do. I found it very uncomfortable. I personally scrimped and saved to go on this all inclusive vacation. I’m not financially comfortable. I find it hard when asked to pay more for the members price so I could use certain restaurants and pools. They start...

「海とプールで楽しめた。 シアターでのパフォーマンスが今回無かったが　それなりに楽しめました。 お料理は美味しかったです。」

「Great hotel but to swim up rooms are not swim up rooms. I wouldn’t waste your money. The pool is the same distance it would be at any hotel」

「Prestige property. Ocean front was gorgeous. Staff friendly. Food was 8/10 overall amazing experience.」
